Terrible experience. I decided to begin my vehicle search at this dealership last week and I did not feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The salesman “helping” us was very stand-off ish wasn’t enthusiastic at all about any of the cars I test drove, he came along for the test drive and I noticed he was on his phone the whole time not involved at all. Later when my boyfriend and I decided we wanted to talk numbers about a car we liked, his manager came over and was just very disrespectful. His facial expressions about our desires & things we were looking for in the car were not friendly at all and told us it would be impossible to find what we wanted. He even had the audacity to tell us to go to Facebook marketplace and Craigslist to look for a car because we were not going to find what we were looking for in any dealership (which if he reads this, I found the exact car that I was looking for) if I wanted to look for a car on Facebook or Craigslist I wouldn’t be at a dealership in the first place why would a manager think it’s okay to say that? We left that dealer very disappointed in the way we were treated. If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible costumer service.

Daniel is a great service adviser, he contacted me everyday that my jeep was there to update me on the progress. He then included an oil change and an alignment with my tires. He was also able to beat the price of an unnamed chain tire shop. I have been critical of Jeep west's service department in the past, but things seem to be changing here, Daniel exceeded my expectations in everyway.

Financed a 2016 Jeep Wrangler. Sales person was great. When we took the car for a test drive we noticed the radio didn’t work. I was told it will be no issue to get fixed and the guy that does electric work is only there on Thursdays and they would contact me to schedule. 2 weeks go by and never heard anything. Called back to set an appointment and was told they will call me back. Again never happened. Within 2 weeks the engine light came on as well. Finally got the car back to the dealership today to be told by management that this might or might not be covered even though we only had the vehicle less than a month. I was told they will need to have the car for a day or 2 maybe more. When I asked for a car to use in the meantime to get back and fourth I was told they don’t have any cars available in a major car dealership….a ride back home using Lyft or Uber costs $50 one way. I asked if they can cover those charges since they had no vehicles to use since my car is being worked on. My last car dealership did that for their customers. I was told that they cannot do that. So not only do I have to worry about out of pocket expenses for a car I just got now so have to pay for Lyft or Uber to get back home and back to the dealership. Not to mention I had plans this weekend that will probably not happen anymore since this wasn’t taken care of when they said it will be scheduled the week we got the car. For a well known dealership it’s very poor customer service not to try to do ANYTHING to help out a customer that just made a purchase with them.

Always doing that little bit more. My family is in a bit of a mess with a medical accident that happened. Having to travel to and from the hospital every day is a must. Kevin, Steve and all of the people at AutoNation took care of us and have been fantastic. After getting my car broken into with the lock and ignition drilled out, I went through absolute hell with trying to find a "chosen dealer" to fix the car. I finally just said, send it to AutoNation! Best.Decision.Ever! They fixed it quickly, even changed the oil and did the alignment without a charge. Buying the car was a bit rocky, but this experience after the fact was absolutely awesome!

I have been reluctant to buy a vehicle at a dealership, based on my last experience 15 years ago. Having purchased vehicles from individuals since then has not been a good experience either. We lost a vehicle on a family trip in March and needed to replace that vehicle as soon as possible, so I put my vehicle specs on a couple of different sites to see what was out there. I got a lot of return emails on various cars from various places, however the one that stood out was from AutoNation in Golden Colorado. When I started communications via email with a salesperson named Chris, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to speak with her. She was very flexible and helpful, without being pushy or overly enthusiastic, which is usually is a red flag for disingenuousness. Once my daughter and I arrived to test drive the vehicle and look at it in person, which is exceedingly important to me, we were treated with kindness and accommodated with anything that we needed. The test drive was enjoyable. I got to just get in the car and listen to it, and feel how it felt on the road without constant communication from the salesperson. When I asked a question it was answered without a bunch of extras to distract me from the driving experience. The car a GMC, (a make I had never driven before) was very nice to drive, and the pictures of it online where accurate. I wanted to purchase the car after the test drive. Financing is a frustrating experience in any situation, especially if you're recovering your credit from the pandemic. Chris worked very hard with the financing person to find the best option for us. We were approved, and we got to drive the car off the lot that day. I have had more conversations with Chris, who I felt truly wanted us, regardless of whether we chose that car or not, to be happy and return as future customers. I also felt I could trust her, which is not something I say lightly, I am a salesperson myself and value one that isn't manipulative and pushy. Chris was neither of those things. Our purchase is still very new, and I don't have a long relationship with this dealership, but based on this purchase at this time, I would highly recommend AutoNation in Golden, Colorado.

If I could give no stars I would!! The actual buying experience wasn't bad but.... Dealer needed me to come back to fix the side mirror the back windshield wipper arm and do an alignment ok no problem right! Wrong!! After dropping my car off the 1st time for 5 hours came back to the service department and was told nothing was fixed. Made another appointment. This time the kept my car over the weekend because a day after I got it home it was having starting extended crank issues and the passenger side window wouldn't roll up on the auto setting. After them keeping it over the weekend they had only fixed the side mirror and done the alignment. Had to make another appointment for them to fix the rear wiper arm. Went back dropped my car off another 5 hours later it was finally done but they had only fixed the rear wiper arm and didn't even look into my passenger side window issue. Also was told to make an appointment at a toyota dealership for the extended crank issue. Dropped it off at a toyota dealership the next day. Thankfully that dealership was way better and fixed the starting issue and actually found more issues with the car so they fixed most of those issues as well. So in less than a month of me buying a car here it has been back to the dealership 4 times and more hours than I can count not to mention I live an hour away from this dealership so round trips take a while and waiting for my car to be half way done each time was very frustrating!! I would recommend you avoid this dealership and take your money elsewhere!! I did speak to the GM sales manager who was quick to give apologies and excuses! I dont need either I just needed a car that I bought to be fully functional.

I was on my way to test drive cars when my car ironically broke down on the highway close to the dealership. Luckily for me Opi and another service tech were driving by test driving a new car and stopped to help. They offered to drive me to the dealership and go get my car from the side of the highway where it broke down. From there we were helped by the service manager, sales manager and Jesus. They were all very kind and incredibly helpful. I was able to purchase a new Jeep Wrangler that day! I’d recommend Autonation to anyone looking to buy a car!

I love this dealership, the only thing that I was disappointed in was it hadn't been detailed and I asked an elderly salesman outside who said that's as good as it gets since they charge you guys 300 bucks to detail. I was cleaning it and my grandson wanted to vacuum it however when he reached under driver's side seat I heard him say OUCH and his finger was bleeding from alot of broken glass from a broken window that didn't get cleaned up after being replaced prior to me purchasing. Very good and speedy service. Steve one of the service managers was there to welcome me and performed the service check as soon as I got in the door. I waited for the service (oil change and tire rotation) in the customer area and enjoyed the free wi-fi and coffee. Service was performed rapidly and I was on my way within two hours. I forgot that a parking light was burned out but Steve had that repaired for me. Steve even gave me a discount on repairs.

Not that we should've expected much from a car dealership, but we were hopeful with Autonation's multi-point inspection process that we would have a better shot at getting a good car. Nearly $5k and denied warranty claims later we are stuck with a car that is more costly to repair than to pay off. I would never recommend any dealership, but people should know that the 125-point inspection is either fake, not completed, or not as comprehensive as claimed. Additionally, the warranty they sell has never covered a single thing.

Working with Jeep west was unfortunately overall a negative experience. Several issues with Jeeps paperwork and communication. At this point in time I have been waiting over a month for registration paperwork that was dropped off the day I picked up the car. I have left several messages and have not received a call back from either finance department or the sales person I purchased the car from. Overall a very frustrating and disappointing process.

My wife and I were really looking to finance a truck. I found a truck we liked and contacted them about and Austin was the one who helped us. I am so incredibly pleased with the service I received at this location! I bought a car about a month ago and it had issues almost immediately. The dealer I bought it from was reluctant to help me get it fixed/get a get new car. I mentioned this to Chrysler Jeep West and they were happy to get me into a new Jeep that they were confident in selling. I worked with Brandon Gibson as well as Josh one of the Sales managers, and they were amazing. They did not feel like they were pushy and just trying to make a sale like the previous car dealership I purchased a car from. Everyone there just genuinely wanted to help me out. As a 22 year old purchasing my first (now second in a month) vehicle, I left feeling confident rather than anxious about my purchase. Tyler in financing was very helpful, honest, and made sure I knew exactly what I was purchasing. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle, especially a jeep! If you go somewhere else, you may regret it. So my advice just get it right the first time and go to this location! I don't think you will be disappointed!

This was an awful experience. We purchased our used 2018 Jeep Renegade (and our top notch warranty) from AutoNation Chrysler Jeep West in September 2021. The clutch went out in February 2022. The Jeep was not operable and left our 17 year old broken down on the side of the road. We had the Jeep towed to AutoNation Chrysler Jeep West (where we had purchased it from, 4 months prior). To our disappointment, the manual clutch was not covered under the warranty. The estimate to fix it was around 5,000. After some conversations with the assistant service manager I finally got a written estimate from him. When I saw the parts that were being replaced, I called the warranty company and found out one of the parts was covered under the warranty. I called the assistant manage back and asked him to submit the estimate to the warranty company, and he said he already did and it wasn't covered. I asked him to submit it again. He did submit it "again" and the part was covered. This part was 1260.00. I asked for a revised estimate. I was given a revised estimate, with no change in the labor cost. I called the warranty company again and asked if he had submitted it before and he had not. I also asked if part of the labor would be covered and they said yes. I called the assistant manager back and he told me there was no additional labor cost for the covered part. This didn't sound right. However, at this point the dealership had had our vehicle for almost 3 weeks, so I told them to go ahead and do the repairs. In the mean time, I called the warranty company again and they were able to provide me with a dollar amount of the labor that would be covered. (this amount was a little over 1100.00). After being there 3 weeks and 5 days, our vehicle was fixed and ready for pick up. Before picking it up, I called the assistant manager again and asked for clarification on why the 1100.00+ amount that the warranty company was sending to the dealership wasn't reflected in my invoice. He again told me there wasn't any additional labor added for the covered part. He said he wasn't sure how to explain it any better and that I just didn't understand how it all worked. I asked to speak to his manager, and he did provide that number. After leaving a message for the service department manager, I received a call back from the assistant manager. He said he spoke to the "store" manager and it was decided that the service department was trying to "help me out" by not submitting any additional labor time for the warranty covered part, that the dealership would "eat" that "unsubmitted" labor cost and deduct the money (1100.00+) being sent by the warranty company, from my invoice. So, after almost one month in the "shop" we ended up paying 2600.00 for a new clutch, for a vehicle we purchased from them 4 months earlier. There is something very shady and dishonest going on at that dealership, and I would not recommend going there.

Brought jeep in for engine light but jeep was running fine. Now the etc abs and engine lights are on brakes don't work and it does not accelerate. Called to ask them to fix it and was told they couldn't do anything as they aren't sure if they caused it. What?! I will never be bringing my Jeep in here ever again. Worst customer service and worst technicians on the planet. I can't believe they let a jeep off their lot that was dangerous to drive. This is an embarrassment of an establishment. Update: took to mechanic I trust. He found many things that auto nation messed up. And fixed the issue that we originally brought it in for because auto nation did not. Because of his testimony we won the dispute and got our money back. This place is the last place you want looking at your jeep they are terrible.

My experience at Autonation Chrysler Jeep was quick, fair, and pleasant. I worked with the sales consultant: Roberto and he was amazing. He took me on a meaningful test drive vs a boring one through some side streets where I could actually feel what my now Subaru Crosstrek could do. He was also able to meet me at a fair price on my trade in. Cannin, finance manager was also helpful in landing me a custom and fair priced extended warranty. Both of these gentlemen were a joy to work with, I feel like I connected with each of them and plan to work with them in the future however I love my 2015 standard Subaru Crosstrek so that won’t be anytime soon!

Don’t buy here! There is no service after the sale. Numerous phone calls and messages left and no return calls. Moe said there was loaner vehicles while your Jeep is being serviced, that’s a lie, there are none available. You can rent a car if you need one. And like all good salesmen, Moe will be your friend before you sign, but completely ignore you after the sale, even when he said to call. I could get this kind of service locally, now regret I drove 60 miles to go to this dealership. Save yourself some troubles and go somewhere else.

Update: The number given to speak with the general manager (below) only takes you to there office which is a series of “press 1 if…”. You guys do an excellent job looking like you care but that’s never carried over I to how I’ve been “taken care of”. Took my car in again due to a “death wobble”, speakers that never worked, and tire pressure sensors that are broke. BIG surprise, none of the things wrong with my car are covered under the “warranty”. They’re charging me $800 just to LOOK at my car and then $2000 to fix defects that came with the car. My advice: if you bought a car, don’t buy ANY of the warranty’s or coverages. Take your car somewhere else and get it taken care of properly and honestly.

I understand the struggles with staff shortages and supply chain, so I tried to be as patient as possible. It took 3 weeks and 4 days to get my vehicle back to replace a transfer case and then a regulator. What helped out alot was the rental car they supplied me with and paid for the whole time I had it. I appreciated that.

Mike Doht and his exceptional service team have (after a year) finally resolved my technical issues I have had with my 2021 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk since I drove it off the lot (at another Autonation dealership). The whole technical crew at Autonationation west delivered superior customer service. It was worth the hour and 1/2 drive down to get my jeep serviced.

As a first time buyer the experience was very interesting and amazing any and all type of questions I asked they answered with honesty. I felt as if they weren't trying to sell me the car just so they can make commission I feel like they were trying to sell me a car that can be mine forever and I greatly appreciate that. not only that but they weren't trying to hide anything they would always tell you straight up how much you'll be paying monthly how much will be the interest and that if you have any questions about it they're more than happy to hear your question and will do everything in their power to help you get the best price possible if it is possible. So I do highly recommend going there for any first time buyer but make sure you bring someone who has experience in buying cars or trucks with you maybe a father or an older brother or someone that you trust. And don't be scared to ask him questions or to ask him to lower the price a little bit or try to come up with a deal they will work with you and that's what I liked about it and you recommend AutoNation

I just wanted to thank the mechanic K-Mart who was super helpful. I came in after the snow on Saturday February 12th when my windshield mechanism was out and needed a part, which they wouldn't receive until Tuesday. I was able to locate and reserve my vehicle of interest online, and I was able to set an appointment for the next morning. Shortly after I received a call from a member of the sales team to confirm my appointment. When we arrived, we were greeted immediately and offered a beverage. We viewed the vehicle, took a nice test drive, and returned to talk more. The purchase process was simple, and I was able to get a good rate and monthly payment. I’ll add that I also received top notch service regarding a bad blower motor, which was covered under the dealer warranty. I was able to have it looked at next day, and serviced the day after. Overall great experience.

Jake was ready for our appointment on time. He took us for a test drive and answered all our questions about the endless features of the 2018 Mazda CX9. (and there are so many I am still learning). He explained everything every step of the way. Xavier helped with the financing end of things and took the time to explain all the warranty packages with absolutely no pressure. They gave me a fair deal on my trade in and they committed to fix one thing that was damaged on my new car ASAP even though it was through another dealership in another city! They washed it, filled up the tank and I was on my way home in my new car! The whole process took about 4 hours! Definitely recommend this dealership for a huge selection and great service. They actually sing out loud at their desks while they work!!! Such a happy atmosphere, even if they might be a little off key!

I had an appointment for an oil change. It took almost 2 hours and the only reason I got it this fast is that I complained to the Service Manager. When I arrived on time I was told it would take about an hour. The Service Manager said it took so long because they performed a QUALITY oil change. Maybe if I had agreed to pay extra for some useless additive it would have taken longer. I would never return to this dealership and I advise others to avoid it.

I had an ok experience with AutoNation. They have some tired sleezy typical practices that are just annoying. At other dealerships I’ve used the car is detailed inside and out and the gas tank is full after the deal is done. Not here. Is that a big deal? No but it is one of those little touches of service and customer appreciation that would bring me back. Especially after they add a $600 dealer fee to the price. Ultimately I would recommend a different dealership unless this is the only place that has the car you want.

I bought my car on 12/10. I took my car in for repairs on 12/22. I got my car back on 1/29 with a leaking transmission and non-functioning AC. I bought the car for $17,930 and AutoNation bought it back for $15,500 because my car wasn't 'worth' the $17,000 I paid . They relisted the car for $17,999 - funny it's worth that much when they're selling it (VIN 1C4RJFCT9CC246545). They made money on my trade, money on the jeep, money on the warranty repairs, and a nice 2K buying my car back. This has been the most disappointing car buying experience I've ever had. 1. All AutoNation TV ads say trade-in your car and walk out with a check. I traded in a Ram 2500 (with a lien still on the car). After making it through the process of buying the Jeep, $4,000 and change was still owed to me. I was told when I asked for the check that it would be mailed to me after receipt of my title. We have sold cars to other AutoNation dealerships in the past that have liens on them and always walked out with a check same-day. In fact, they wouldn't even let us leave without taking the check even after requesting it be mailed. Had I not ended up purchasing a car from them that same day, I would have been in trouble. 2. AutoNation guarantees you 5 days/250 miles or money back. This is great if your car explodes in the first 5 days. About 10 days after purchasing my jeep, the transmission and AC went out at the same time. Fantastic! I called my salesperson (Roberto) who told me I had a warranty so bring it back in. They would not take the car back and give me my money back at this point. I drove the Jeep back to the dealership where they began diagnosing the problem. The service team initially tried to repair the transmission with a fluid flush and a new filter. This didn't work. Then they were going to repair the transmission, but the warranty company required an independent inspector to verify that the repair was actually warranted. They ended up ordering a used transmission for the Jeep (a week to get here and a few more days to install). I requested a loaner for the time my Jeep was in the shop (over a month). The service person I was working with said that was out of his hands and that I could ask my salesperson. I emailed Roberto who called me and said they didn't have any loaners available to give me. I followed up via email to Roberto two more times over the following weeks and never heard back. I was told the AC compressor had been replaced because it went out. However, it still doesn't work and makes horrendous vibrating noises when you start the car with the AC powered on. I left a VM on Saturday with my service person and will update this when this is resolved. Mike in the service dept. was able to get me back into get this resolved on 2/9. I requested AutoNation buy my car back for $500-$1000 less than I paid because I'd had the car one week out of the 45 days or so that I'd owned it and things were still broken. I initially received an offer of 14K for the Jeep. I had paid $17,930 after my dealer handling fee. I left a VM with the GM and was called back the next day by the sales manager. He ended up offering me $15,500 (take it or leave it). I had listed my car for sale for $17,100 to attempt to recoup some of this cost. Andre saw my listing and said my price was very high for a car that old because it wasn't worth that much. Funny that it was a 'deal' when I purchased the car in December and was worth more than $17,100 at the time. I was told that they will be listing the car at $17,000 again when they go to sell it. I see now it is listed for 17,999! I took the check to get rid of the Jeep. When we got home I found a big puddle of transmission fluid on my garage floor. If this isn't fixed, whoever buys the Jeep is going to end up with a blown transmission again.

Overall a pleasant experience purchasing a used Honda Odyssey from this dealership. It helped being pre-approved through my credit union before walking in the door, made the financing process much easier. But my salesperson, Aaron Mitchell was a good, not too pushy sales guy. Finance manager, Marco Valles, was pretty helpful too. It is a smaller dealership than I expected for an AutoNation, lots of people running around in a small space so not a ton of privacy, but it did the job.

My car smelled like a shop when I got it back and wasn’t any cleaner than when I dropped it off, so if that’s the expectation than fine, though maybe the question of how satisfied I am (1-10) with the cleanliness of my car upon repair, should be reworded. While my expectation is not “cheap”, I’d have had more work done if it were any semblance of affordable, as I was able to do my own spark plugs and both batteries at appx 35% of the cost I was quoted and appx 45 minutes of my own time. Paul, the gentleman in service that I was lucky was assigned to me, got my car in when he didn’t have to, was the only one to communicate with me every single time I called for an update and there’s no doubt I question how overworked he is, yet still competent and some how easy and enjoyable to communicate with. AutoNation Jeep West is lucky to have Paul, as I know from many unfortunate years in customer service, it isn’t only hard to find people like him, but to keep them around when they are worked the way he is. Thanks Paul.

We worked with Brandon Gibson on a lightly used 2020 JL Rubicon Unlimited. He was great, very good at explaining our options when it came to lead times and requirements for ordering a new Jeep, or purchasing from on-hand inventory, which we ultimately did. The no-haggle pricing was competitive with what I could have negotiated elsewhere, and I didn’t leave feeling like I’d left money on the table. The sales team made sure I got a second key for my “new” vehicle and they matched the trade-in quote I had from another dealership, which ultimately secured my business. My only “complaint” was with the financing department. The rate they secured with a local lender was significantly higher than what I could have secured through my preferred bank. I wish I’d know that sooner, would have saved me the trouble of re-financing after another month. All things considered, I’ll shop here again for a future Jeep, and I’ll be asking for Brandon if he’s still working there.

I would not even give one star...they are Ok if you want to purchase a vehicle but BEWARE if you sell your vehicle or trade it in and want to cancel your extended warranty for refund! The person you need to go through is the WORST EVER at customer service. Unresponsive and Rude, and just down right does not care about you. After several calls to her she finally returned my call after I requested a manger and was told the cancellation system was down on her computer (for 2 weeks?!) and she had no idea when it would be up.. after another week of waiting for her to call me back, I called AutoNation Corporate to get help with her to help process my cancellation request and with their help on a 3-way call, she process the form for me to sign and told me it would take - 5-10 WEEKS for a refund. I filled out the form emailed it back to her.. no response that she received it...so another email to follow up to confirm she received the attachments and received back a very short and UN-customer service type of reply. She must really hate her job and people in general because I was beyond nice and patient the entire time considering the service (or lack of) I was receiving. She should look elsewhere for employment not the right field for her! Meanwhile, my husband who bought his vehicle at Western Slope auto and traded his truck in same day as me, called them and got a very nice human, and received his refund check with 7 days!

I brought my daughter’s jeep in for service on 12-23-21 for a oil change and 30k check up. My wife bought 3 oil changes that could be used at another dealer at a later date, and they told her Autonation would honor using one of our oil changes my wife bought. I had all the paper work that we bought these oil changes and showed them to Paul. He said there was nothing in the system that shows proof. Paul went to his service manager showed him the paperwork I had and his manager printed out some document that showed them to be canceled, so we had to pay for the oil change even though we had prepaid oil changes. No sweat off their back!! Here we spent $1,500.00 on a 30K service and the Service Manager can’t honor the pre paid oil changes!!! BTW $1,500.00 I barely have. He obviously does not know customer service! If he is that cheap, how do I know the service really was performed? We won’t go back to that dealer. A lump of coal for Jeep Autonation Golden this Christmas!!!

I recently leased a new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk from AutoNation West in Golden, Colorado. For broader context, this is the fourth Jeep I have leased from AutoNation West. Each transaction has been seamless, lacking in the typical frustrations that accompany shopping for a vehicle. Each transaction gave me the Jeep I wanted at a price that was not only fair but much better than competing dealerships. Moreover, because I live several hours outside Denver, I have needed to conduct these transactions online and by phone. And each time I have had friendly, competent, attentive, and honest personnel work with me to make the experience a stress-free and productive one. Regarding the current transaction, I would like to give a shout out to Aaron Mitchell and David Hantman for jobs very well done--in fact, five stars well done! They went above and beyond for me. I go here for oil changes. for a year now I've had no complaints except this last time they tried to take advantage of me. they said I need my rotors in the rear replaced and it will cost $525. I went and got a second opinion and they said my rotors were completely fine and don't need replacing unless they're damaged, they don't just wear out....I'm really disappointed at this deceit and disrespect. Three years ago, my husband and I had a disappointing & extremely negative experience leasing a Jeep Cherokee at AutoNation Jeep in Golden, CO. When our lease was up, we decided to give them a second chance. As a condition, I requested not to work with the same salesman as last time, and instead requested a female. We are so glad we did because Chris Collins was wonderful. She is kind, honest, understanding, communicative & prompt in response time, has great attention to detail and supportive throughout. A dramatic difference compared to our previous experience and that cannot be overstated. Bought a 2006 Cherokee, overall a pretty good deal. After driving it foe a few days I discovered the RPMs fluctuate on start and then fails to start 25% of the time. The windshield wipers only work on high, and often fail to keep working, or work intermittently. Lastly, the rear driver tire pressure sensor frequently tells me that I have no air in the tire. I reached out a few times in the last 8-8-9 days and haven?t heard back. I understand it?s used but, the first two issues should have been found during inspection at the dealer (and fixed). The last one, probably not. Waiting to get an answer as to how the dealer will make it right. This survey is asking whether I?d recommend this dealer; honestly not sure at the moment. Probably for a new vehicle.

I took my 2016 Jeep Cherokee in for new tires after having a flat in one of the original equipment tires. The service advisor, Paul, noticed weather cracks in the edges of the tire & recommended new ones. I went with his recommendation and am very pleased with the result. The installation took longer than expected but was finished in a reasonable time.

My salesman Ryan was very responsive and ran numbers on a number of Gladiator and Wrangler builds even before I stepped foot in the building. After I arrived I took a number of vehicles for test drives to get a feel for the different drivetrains. Once I picked a vehicle on the lot, we worked on the price and I am extremely happy with my beautiful Hydro Blue Pearl JLU Rubicon Diesel! After the sale, the parts department has been extremely unresponsive thus far even though I am interested in a lift and winch plate. Sales and financing were great, but the rest leaves a lot to be desired.

My experience with the W Colfax Autonation was the worst I have ever encountered. To start, there are multiple signs before entering the dealership that masks are required. The biggest thing that stuck out to me was a very loud, old white haired man not wearing a mask the entire time- he was later identified as the manager. It was wildly uncomfortable how wreckless the manager and multiple employees were regarding their lack of respect for the customers coming in the the building. The lobby is a open concept and countless employees were not wearing masks. As a nurse who has worked in the covid ICU for the past year, this was extremely offensive. Aaron the associate who sold me the used 4Runner was polite, patient, and respectful. He was not knowledgeable about the 4Runner which I guess should be expected given it was a Chrysler Jeep dealership but looking at their lot- they had quite the range of cars. When pointing out some of my concerns about the 4Runner, I was told point blank “well you are buying a used car”. I understand I am purchasing a used car but I am still spending 30k at your dealership and I’d like my concerns to be taken with consideration and not be belittled because I am not buying a 80k brand new Jeep off their lot. I essentially bought the car because it’s the car I wanted- I drove off that lot knowing what I knew about the car because I had done my own research. When moving forward with the finance aspect, I had initially wanted to finance through a credit union the I have used for multiple car loans and one that I am well established at. This situation became complex because it was a credit union in Florida. I had already been pre-approved with a great rate, this information had been provided to Aaron prior to my arrival. Aaron began to explain that using an out of state credit union might be tricky and brought a gentleman from financing over. This guy was aggressive, rude, and unhelpful. He began the conversation with- “how is this bank going to pay us?”. The guy who’s job it is to help people finance car is asking the customer. I said well this is your job expertise, aren’t you here to help me through this. He explained rudely the process of using their own personal credit union and pitched how it’d be easier for them as a whole. I showed him the email of my pre-approval with the rate and he said that their local credit union would run a credit check and that I’d “get what I get with whatever rate they provided”. As a female, entering a car dealership by yourself it is already a vulnerable situation and the fear of being taken advantage of is at a record high. This man truly made me consider waking away from this car all together. There was also issues obtaining my car title which was electronic and under the DMV in Florida- nobody knew how to help me through this. I spent a solid hour at the desk googling and figuring out how to navigate this process by myself. The positive to this situation was a different finance specialist who I signed the paperwork with. He took the time to explain my finance and warranty options. He explained the process of refinancing through my credit union of choice further down the road. I am thankful for his help. I do not have his first name but his last name was Valles. Looking back at this entire situation, overall I am happy that I got the 4Runner. If I was to go through this scenario again; I would of walked away from this situation and went to another dealership because I felt so uncomfortable. I would not recommend this autonation location to friends/family. 4runners are common in Colorado and I’m confident I could of found a better fit at a different dealership. The people at this dealership do not care about you.

We have traded with Chrysler Jeep West since 1992, when it was Emich. We have been with them through several name changes, John Elway, Go, and AutoNation. It is not the name that keeps us coming back nor is it that we get exceptionally good prices and deals on our vehicles. The reason we return is solely due to the fine Service Department. The work is done correctly, in a timely manner, and is stood behind 100%. The technicians are solid and understand that the customer is trusting them with their lives. The Service Advisors consistantly demonstrate they care for you as a person, a family and not just a name on a work order or log. The Service Manager, Kevin Ramer, has created a team with true care for the customer. They make you feel like part of a family! Why would we think of another dealership? Steve is always very courteous and friendly. He's always my first call when I have any issues with my Jeep. My windshield wipers were not working because of the last snow storm. I called Steve, he told me to come in and he'd take a look, couldn't guarantee he could fix it the same day based on what was wrong, but said he'd check it out. In less than 5 minutes my wipers were fixed and he also filled up the wiper fluid. Kevin was also there, he always double checks I'm treated well and taken care of. Oh man how happy am I! I purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee from Autonation in Golden, CO. Which of course is Jeep Heaven out here. I saw my dream jeep on Sunday and on Monday I went in looking for it. Turns out they had received it on Saturday and it wasn't fully ready for its new owner. Nick 1 cause I worked with 2 Nicks was super helpful and understanding and willing to let me hang out until I could take it out for a spin. Around noon I was getting hungry so I left to get lunch. Nick 1 called me shortly after and said it was there and ready for me to take it out. I fell in love with the car even more. We got back from the test drive and started the process. This is where Nick 2 came into the picture and he helped us finish the process and make sure the car was ready to go for us. Sadly though I had to leave it behind to get inspected, however Nick 2 pushed the service people and they had it ready for me by Wednesday. I then found a small leak and Taylor the Sales Manager I do believe was available to help me get the leak fixed and reassured me I had made the correct choice on going to Autonation for my new car. They even got me a new battery for one of the Fobs as it was dead. I seriously think these guys are the best and I hope I never have to buy another car, but if I do, I will be coming back to have both Nicks and Taylor help me out. 10/10

Had bought 5 vehicles there, referred to me as family, then treated me as the crazy uncle. Went halves with them on tire replacement, promised me one for a spare but didn't come through, said they shampooed the seats but didn't, windshield had a chip, they put tape on it so it wouldn't get moisture in and crack, 100 inspection they say they do they missed a few things. Won't go back, only thing they did in a timely manner was get me to the finance department to get my money.

I bought my car in December. A month later my engine light came on. I took it into servicing and they told me they had fix it and it was just the O2 sensor. The next day the light came back on. I tried calling servicing for a week and a half they would put me on hold for long periods of time. I finally got my car in and they said that this time it was the catalytic converter. They gave me a price of $2,600 to fix it because my warranty wouldn?t cover. I was a first time car buyer and the dealership did everything they can to sell me that car and now I know why. I would never recommend anyone to buy a car from this dealership. The company doesn?t care about it their customers, they only care about making sales.

I bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee October 2020. The night we were going to drive off and noticed headlight was out and tail light. The salesman said call tomorrow we will get it fixed. I called and after a week of waiting no call back. So I went online and because of the bad review I got a call to bring it in. I did it was fixed and I scheduled an oil change that came with my warranty. January 2021 took it in hot a call saying I have an oil leak. They have to ask if warranty will cover it. I waited a day and luckily it was or it would of been $2,000. Last week my engine light came on so I took it to a reputable mechanic. It was some oil sensor I can’t recall. As they were fixing it they asked me to look at all this oil under my car and that it had no oil bone dry. I explained Auto Nation Jeep West said they fixed an oil gasket. The mechanic I had said take it back to them. I left and went straight over on Monday. I asked god Andre he said to take it to service. Danny said leave it and I got a call next day saying it is not oil gasket it is now a warped oil pan?! I called other mechanic he said if that was so it should of been caught when they did oil gasket. So now I am waiting for the people who control if a warranty is accepted or not to hopefully cover this. I have literally only had this Jeep less than 6 months and this will be second major repair but 3rd in all. I thought that buying a certified used car meant it was not a Leninist I was wrong. I work very hard for my money I am a single woman and I just wanted a safe reliable car. I thought this dealership was trustworthy and honest but right now it isn’t feeling like it. I feel like a number or another review they have to move along. Do not buy a used car from them. Even with a warranty you are at their mercy for them to accept it. Then who knows there might be another repair needed after.

I purchased the vehicle from the dealer in December which had small damage on the latch for the hatchback. I was informed it was a "we-owe-you" service. In February after no contact, I reach out to the salesman who informed me he had contacted service, and the part would be ordered and delivered and I had an appointment 2 weeks out which would take most of the day to complete. I drop the vehicle off in the AM, and service had no clue what I was there for, the paperwork said hood. An hour later I get a call that the parts necessary, although I was told were ordered were in fact not, and they couldn't do anything. Not only was there a breakdown of communication here, I was informed at this point that in fact it wasn't intended to be an all-day fix, because it was only an exploratory service visit (wait, what?!). Now, that's a long-winded complaint. The service personal I interacted with were nothing short of apologetic and professional. Kudos to them for handling an awkward situation well.

I have not had the best experience through AutoNation. I love the vehicle I chose, but the follow-through has been dismal. I was shown an SUV that they had just acquired and had not gone through the detail process which most others on the lot do. It being Saturday night, I did not have the luxury of being able to leave without a vehicle and the salesman understood. They replaced the brakes and I was to receive a call from him the following Monday to schedule a time to come in for the detailing. I never did receive a call from him. I tried to return the vehicle within their 5-day/250-mile return policy the following Thursday and was connected with a manager (service or sales, I do not quite recall). He made me promises of fixing the driver's side speaker (blown out), getting me an actual key made (mine is considered a "My Key" and I had teenager-level limitations on what I could and could not do with the system, such as not going over 80mph), checking into the water pump covering any deductible that my protection plan required, and finally the detailing which the SUV so desperately needed (it was absolutely disgusting from the prior owner). He gave me his signed card with the promises and let me know I would receive a call from the other manager that could fulfill these promises the following week because he had taken Friday off. I waited, and nothing. Not one acknowledgement of my visit. At this time I started to see problems with the vehicle. The check engine light started coming on intermittently, the windshield cracked overnight, and I scheduled a time to come into the service center at AutoNation and talk to them about getting those promises fulfilled and finding out why the light was coming on. The day before my appointment I started up and the temperature gauge flew off the charts, my engine was overheating instantaneously, and my coolant was bone dry. I filled up my coolant and tried to drive home, but could not breach 10mph. I had to get towed back to my place and then tow it again to the dealership. I had expressed my frustration to the sales manager who informed the service center. My SUV arrived there before I did and it seems like everything is going to be handled. I was provided a rental and now I am waiting for resolution. I am not sure if they are going to try to charge me for all of this, if they are going to do right by me, or if they can even fix it. I have not heard a thing since it was dropped off yesterday afternoon. The last manager I spoke to is the only positive interaction I had since driving off the lot. If they do take care of the issues without argument, I will be glad to change my opinion and post. Until then, I would never use AutoNation again nor let anyone I know make that mistake. Hopeful for a positive conclusion, but I know dealerships and not holding my breath.

This was my first time buying a car and I was made to feel very comfortable and was given a lot of valuable information. I wasn't planning on buying a car when I went in, I was just mainly looking. Once again the team at AutoNation's Service Department overdelivered. My wife's Grand Cherokee was stuck in 4WD Low so the AutoNation team had me bring it in that same day. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Found out my wife spilled diet coke down the switch mechanism between the seats. AUTONATION WEST is the worst. They did me wrong, still waiting to hear how they will correct their awful service department. WARNING!! They lie lie lie. Steven Johnson in the service department VERY unreliable. Been coming here for a couple years, never completely 100% convinced they did what they said they did. And this last time, I was totally let down. Quoting me $7,000+ for rebuilt transmission and after NINE days of virtually no communication on transmission work, I call in on another line to find out the work had not begun! Really? 7k? No transmissions to be found? Advanced Transmission to the rescue!! 💗. They towed my Wrangler around 2 pm on Thursday to their shop and I picked my Jeep up the NEXT day at 6 pm!!! Autonation cost me over $1,000 in car rental expenses. PLEASE ladies, do your research. Don’t let this happen to you.

I purchased a 2021 Trailhawk Jeep Cherokee on Nov. 10, 2021 from Jeep Autonation in Littleton, CO and as soon as I drove it off the lot , the radio/uconnect had issues. This dealership refused to address the issues saying it was a software problem and I would just have to wait till the 1st quarter of 2021 to have an update . They said they were not to replace the radio! After 3 months I finally found an Autonation that identified the problem and will be fixing it. Kudos to Mike Doht, assistant service manager, (he should be manager) who excels in customer service and figured out the issue. The radio needs to be replaced because it was faulty and has internal issues!!!! I appreciate this dealerships honesty and integrity.

Sales manager and used car appraiser were a total waste of time and left me just sitting in the lobby for 30 minutes until I got up and asked what's the deal. They were more interested in trying to steal the vehicle back and didn't even add for any options including the One Touch top which jeep charges 4K for! Will go to another jeep dealership that has time for my business and is seriously giving a fair trade. If your looking for a Jeep I warn you don't waste your time at this Golden dealership! I have twice and they have walked me twice!

Outstanding performance by the service department at this dealership! The jeep developed a significant "shimmy" in the front end. The onset was not gradual, it was abrupt and appeared just directly after picking it up after service. I turned around and took it back for them to look at. The cause was not obvious. They jumped on it and stayed on it, checking all aspects that could possibly be related to the cause until it was corrected. I could not be more pleased with this dealership and the service rep. I was disappointed that the service manager would not give me any idea of the timeframe involved to do the diagnostic testing on my Jeep Cherokee. When they finally did tell me that the timeframe oils be an additional 6 hours I at least was able prepare for it. Setting appropriate expectations is key to optimizing customer satisfaction.

I could not believe your employee was not wearing a mask. I think she was a receptionist at the front door entrance. I told another employee and he said as long as people are 6 feet apart it should be fine. He did say if it made me feel better he would ask her to put mask on she did. I just finished my chemo last month and I would not have gone in for oil change had I known Auto Nation was not following covid guide lines. There was other employees behind her were wearing masks but were not no 6 feet apart.

I was told you were going to rotate my tires, and the receipt says they did. But my rear passenger tire was lower than the others by 3-5 pounds, and when I get my car back, it is still the rear passenger tire showing low 3-5 pounds. So I think you didn’t rotate my tires. Because I inflated the tire today, and it is still that tire.

Once again, the servicing of my Grand Jeep Cherokee was top notch. I made an appointment and was greeted with a smile by someone interested in making sure my concerns were addressed. I was informed of the approximate cost and was told it would be completed as quickly as possible. And it was. Steve Johnson is an excellent service advisor - a real asset to the company. I made an appointment for 7:45am. I was told a tech would call me in advance to give me an estimated time for the visit; no one called. I asked the tech upon arrival how long it would take (since I was waiting for the service to be completed); the tech said he couldn't really say since there were 35 cars scheduled for service that morning; he indicated that it would be most likely 2 hours. After 2 hrs 20 mn a tech called me to tell me that they had diagnosed the issue with my headlight, but that they would have to special order the part needed to repair it, at a cost of $1300. I replied that I would need to consider this and let them know if we wanted to go ahead with the repair. He said it would take him about 45-50 mn to get the car "back together". After waiting another 75 mn, I finally went to the customer service window and inquired about my car. She had not been sent the billing, but called to see what was going on. Evidently, the tech had finished with my car, but not sent the paperwork to the customer service desk for payment. URGH! The only good news about the visit was that the customer service rep only charged me half of the $198 standard diagnostic fee since I had waited so long. It is beyond my comprehension that a dealership can not make a customer appointment, knowing that the customer has to wait for the car onsite, and not have a better estimate on the time required. Obviously, many cars were worked on before they even got to my car. Why schedule 35 cars for morning appointments if you cannot service them in a timely manner. I would not go back to this dealership again.

We purchased a used Lexus from this dealer online from 1300 miles away. Chen Liang (sales) was super professional and answered ALL our questions. We flew to Denver, the dealer paid for our Uber ride and we started the purchase process after completing a test drive. We went back into the building for paperwork and were not comfortable with so many staff unmasked in an enclosed area. We moved outside to a table in the sunshine, signed paperwork, and completed the transaction there. Our time at AutoNation was approximately 90 minutes and we were on the road by 2 PM. No haggling. Great price for us.

This company runs as smooth as a group of friends! They welcome you in, theyre trusting of your word (after initial proof), and they back eachother up (if your personal rep is on day-off). I absolutely love going in for maintanence and since I have small children, they usually expidite my service to get us on our way before they start getting loud. My mom went into this place in 2018 and put down 15,000 dollars in cash to purchase a vehicle. she bought the longest extended warranty as possible and now that we actually need the warranty they are advising they don't have a copy on file and if we dont have a copy of our warranty papers then that's 2800 dollars down the drain. We bought the warranty for issues like this. I have 3 kids it's Christmas time I don't have 5k laying around to fix this car. Especially when I already paid warranty for this kind of things. The worse part is I brought my car in 3 separate times prior and paid 2k once and smaller amounts the other times. Now come to find out they didn't know I had a warranty the whole time. Well, hopefully I can find the warranty paperwork. I was going to purchase a new car a tax time and it was going to be thru them but now I am absolutely not going to going to go back or refer anyone to Autonation ever they are awful.

I’m absolutely disgusted with the treatment that both of my parents just received from the service department. Andre Perry was the service member and he openly disrespected my mother and my father AND was openly racist. He kept calling my mother Mrs. Rodriguez mocking the fact that her last name was Gallegos and when she corrected him he said “yeah whatever”. My parents lease a 2019 Jeep Cherokee and it had mechanical issues. Per the agreement signed, all service should be free. My dad initially dropped the Jeep off on Monday for an oil change and to get it serviced. They barely got their Jeep back today, it was a hassle to even get a rental, told them to bring the car back another day to get the oil change because they didn’t even do it at first and then proceeded to tell my parents they would need to pay for the rental if they didn’t get the car tonight. This is such an outrage and our legal team will be in contact.

We don’t often write online reviews, but we had such a wonderful experience with AutoNation Chrysler Jeep West that we felt compelled to share with others. From the beginning to end it was a smooth process. Our Sales Agent Jeb was professional, frank and personable. We came in without an appointment and were able to be seen right away and Jeb organized for our trade in to be evaluated immediately. Jeb helped us source the exact new vehicle to meet our requirements and provided no-nonsense pricing that included the value on our trade in, incentives and the bottom-line price for us to pay. (no hidden fees to be surprised with later!). What a difference from the ambiguous pricing we had received from other dealers. We ended up trading in 2 vehicles and felt that they gave a fair trade-in price on each. There was a slight problem with the vehicle that we purchased, which the service department was impressively able to fix on the spot before we took possession. Our experience with AutoNation exceeded our expectations and we are thrilled with our new vehicle. We highly recommend and will be return customers!

After waiting 4 weeks for an appointment with AutoNation service. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Due to my warranty with Auto Nation I also wanted them to review a possible leak. After my initial check in with Danny, I was disappointed at the lack of transparency when providing the initial estimate. Due to the Jeep mileage recommendations? I was provided an estimate for my visit of $350+ . I was confused? I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation? I had to pry and ask what was extra on the estimate. I had to ask why the estimate was so high. What the line item pricing for each thing listed was? There was NO TRANSPARENCY. After asking question after question and declining the up sell of additional services I was told I had to purchase a tire balance with my tire rotation. After waiting 4 hours for service to be completed I drove home with a SHAKING wheel. They did not complete the work they promised. When speaking with Danny he stated nothing he can do over the phone to come back and wait ANOTHER 2 hours to further investigation. I took my car to a local tire place to confirmed the BALANCING was way off and had no completed and charged me $0 instead of the $70 Auto Nation charges. I will not be returning for any service at this dealership. due to there up-selling techniques, lack of pricing transparency and lack of completion of work!!

Service people were friendly, got the oil changed and tires rotated in about 45 minutes. Problem was all the signs around the dealership requiring a mask. Yet, of the sales staff I could see, only half were wearing masks (sales managers included), receptionist was not, 2 parts employees were not until they opened, and worst of all, no less than five employees walked through the waiting room without wearing a mask, right past me and another customer. There are other reasons I am not impressed, but this is what is relevant to the last visit they asked for a review on.

Steve, the GM, came by to chat and make sure that I had what I needed, and followed up with email, making sure that I was satisfied. After 1 week, my Jeep showed a transmission problem, and even though the car was sold as is with no warranty, they diagnosed and fixed for free, and even gave me a new loaner for overnight! Again, I can't possibly say enough about Q and my experience there, I will definitely be a repeat customer!!

I drive a 2012 Jeep Compass that we purchased off my Significant Other’s lease. We have always taken the Compass to Jeep West for oil changes and warranty work and Craig has been our Service Advisor. When there’s a recall he schedules us in for that also. This time I was hearing a vibration noise underneath and Craig said to bring it right in. I took it in yesterday. Well it was something to do with the drive shaft and he had to order the parts, said I shouldn’t drive it, and they wouldn’t get the parts til this morning. Craig worked very hard to get me a car rental at that late time. We were super surprised to get a call this morning at 11:58 saying we could come pick up the car. Craig has always been super kind, knowledgeable and efficient when working with us. Thanks Jeep West!

My 2010 Wrangler had an airbag recall...for a while. I procrastinated getting it in because going to a dealership has always been an "eh" experience. I picked this dealership due to locality of my home. Making the appointment was easy. The person that met me in the drive-up service lane was friendly and professional. I didn't know how long it would take, so I brought a computer and books to keep me occupied. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and modern. The recall was done within an hour so I was out the door! The staff I encountered, like the first gentleman, were all friendly and professional, without being overly so. In late August of 2020, I had scheduled a standard vehicle service for an oil change, and a few loose ends that my Jeep was experiencing. When I contacted Auto Jeep West of Golden to schedule a date and time I was relieved to hear that they had convenient availability that worked with my schedule. The experience working with the staff on the phone was delightful and very helpful to me at pin-pointing out what services I needed based on my deceptions. The staff seemed well familiar and informed when it came to helping their customers and I was satisfied with the service and customer experience they provided for me. On the day of my service, I by accident arrived a day too early. However, by the second their doors opened on time at 7 AM the service team I could tell was ready and prepared to help me the second I took one step out of my Jeep. I was immediately impressed with the speed-fast service and communication between the team at Jeep Auto West and they were able to accommodate fitting my Jeep in for service that day; I was thankful and again satisfied for my mishap. However, when I was passed down to their senior service representative Craig Lasenbery I was immediately made aware and unsettled upon first impressions with how impersonal he was towards me and unwilling to connect with me during my experience at Auto Nation Jeep West, but as my experience was just beginning with Craig, my time working with him would only get worse from that very moment. Once I was in Craig's hands, he had made a comment on the milage of my jeep. Craig suggested that I look into additional services based on the 30K + miles I had. However, he did not connect with me in a human-centered fashion or provide me the guidance that I needed as a customer. I did not feel that Craig had my best interest at heart for me and he completely failed and had me leaving very confused, lost, and alone on what I needed to do for my vehicle. In which Craig commented to me "I have 26 years of experience" and was not self-aware of the experience he was providing me. After I left Auto Nation Jeep West to continue my day, on September 1st at 7:18 AM I immediately emailed Craig who gave me his business card. I had forgotten to mention if the additional vizor and passenger seat would be covered under warranty and I was really looking for some reasurance from him. In addition, to requesting more understanding regarding the additional services he recommended for my Jeep. I was shocked to have never received a reply from Craig still to this date on my inquiries that he was unaware of satisfying. due to his inability to connect and go in-depth with understanding his customer. Not receiving a response, I decided to call Craig later that afternoon, and immediately once I connected to him. He was very defensive and took charge of protecting his "experience" "knowledge" and "reputation" in a way that made me feel that he thought I was attacking him and trying to be difficult. It was completely unsettling for me that Craig was treating me this way; again I felt completely unsupported with the help I needed for my vehicle. After being taken back I was able to collect my thoughts and realized that my customer experience is unacceptable and I felt completely disrespected. After my pointless attempt to connect with Craig. I emailed him once more, with a list of the suggested services that was directed by Craig unwillingly like he didn't have the time to go through each point that I was implying more information about. Instead, I had to take the time out of my schedule to locate the services needed from your website which took me some time as I am unaware of where to locate what I needed, but I eventually found what I needed, screenshot and pasted the services in an email to Craig which went ignored still to this day. All I wanted was what was best for my vehicle; that's it. Later that day, Craig called me and said that my vehicle was ready. In which I picked it up that next morning on September 2nd. However, once I picked up my car I was still unclear what I needed to do for my passenger seat, and still, all Craig could provide me was " I told you" which was completely disingenuous and demeaning. On September 3rd, 2020, around 5 PM I had to return my Jeep due to an "Oil Change" message that appeared on my dashboard. So looking out for my vehicle and wanting to prevent any damages I returned and one of your associates promptly helped me before I took one step out of my car again and helped me right away he was amazing, but I don't remember his name. He later then connect me back with Craig who seemed unenthused to see me and I again asked about my car seat in which he replied in a fashion that made him look completely self-centered and that he only values looking out for himself. I had commented that " one of your friends had helped me" in which Craig replied, "I don't have any friends" in which I then replied, " well I will be your friend" in which Craig replied, "I don't need any" which really devastated me to think that Auto Nation Jeep West must have a very negative unfriendly, and supportive team environment and culture. Customer service is the number one important factor for me when choosing a company to do business with such as I did at Auto Nation Jeep West. However, my experience with Craig really made me frustrated and feeling insignificant and unimportant which overall damaged my overall very first impression and experience that started positively.

This service department will upsell everything that is not necessary and when they tell you the price they'll give each item individually so unless you have a calculator you won't know how much it really costs. We asked for an oil change and with all the crap they added it ended up $1000. So if you want to be taken advantage of then go here, otherwise find another place.

All the staff at auto nation are amazing. They go above and beyond.. Taylor took over after our original salesperson (Peter) moved on. We had special ordered a Gladiator. Micha in parts explained everything about the lift , what wheels would work, tire size. Etc. Darcy kept in contact letting us know Peter had left and Taylor would be our contact from then on. When the gladiator was delivered, it was missing an add-on we ordered. They did not hesitate to overnight the missing parts, get the jeep back in immediataly, put the parts on it and had it back the same day. One of the best vehicle buying experience we have ever had. We would buy from them again in a heartbeat!

I got an oil change and it was done in about an hour. most of the staff were quite pleasant to interact with. Only one guy who was kind of rude. Really the only thing I thought was goofy was that we set up an appointment and we showed up 10 minutes early, but we still had to wait in line just like everybody else. My husband (who owns a Jeep) and I (who own a Pacifica) have always had mixed experiences at this service department. The customer service rep who checks us in at 10am is always really helpful and professional. And then.... The service rep calls 6 hours later to say he needs to keep the car over the weekend if I want them to evaluate the problem I was having. All they can actually do that Friday At 4:00 is my oil change. It feels like a bait-and-switch. The service they do has always been fine, but the service reps never seem to get to what I need them to get to, and are a bit cranky on the phone.

I had been talking with Steve, the GM, for a couple of days about a Jeep Grand Cherokee that I found on cars.com. I ended up coming in to see it after work this week. Rosendo was very helpful, got the car pulled up and ready to be test driven. Once I was back from test driving not only did Rosendo ask how it was, but so did so many other people! Warning do not do business with these people. Every time I drop my car with these people and have issues with my car the literally hold onto it for a week and then give it back saying nothing is wrong. This has happened on multiple occasions. One one instance my transmission was not shifting at high speeds and would stall and slam into gear which felt like the transmission fell out of my car. I had to bring this car back four or five separate times where each time they told me to I need to do a test drive with the mechanic to get the car to get the car to duplicate the problem it was having. After five times of brining it back they finally read the codes on the computer and had enough evidence that something was wrong and did the job. Thankfully. This time however was the last straw when I once again left my car there to be looked at as I was having issues with the front end axels of my car which any time I would drive over any bumps at high or low speeds would knock my car into a violent shake and need to slam on my breakers to stop the vibrations. Likely tire rods. Once again a guy named Craig took my car in. Didn?t call me Once over the week to tell me anything on it and then finally when I called he once again said there?s nothing wrong with my car and told me I needed to duplicate the issue with a tech in it. This was the straw that broke the camels back. I took it for trade in up at Arapahoe Toyota where in 15 min of an inspection came back and told me there was an issue with the axel or something along the lines in the front of the car. I laughed as I knew that these guys likely once again didn?t look at my car at the golden location and gave it back to me like I?m crazy. They claimed their master technician had driven it around all that week and couldn?t find an issue. This place is a joke and has never done right by me u less it was forced upon them. I highly recommend going anywhere but this place. Also if you deal with a condescending know it all like Craig you already lost your battle. He will not do anything for you.

I felt I should be able to trust this dealer, we've bought 3 cars from them. Needed an oil change wanted to get tire pressure sensor checked along with a light that keeps shorting out. Vehicle is past it's warranty; however all items began having issues long before the expiration. These are noted and available to the dealer yet they decided to "diagnose" the issue again and charge me for it. I will not be utilizing them ever again. very disappointed.

The vehicle was returned to me with faulty engine mounts so I had to take it back for those to be replaced as well. I brought my jeep in to have 2 open recalls fixed. I also asked if they could look at an electrical issue for me from a fuse that kept popping. They worked on my car for a day 1/2 just looking at the electrical issue itself and needed to to go more into depth with a charge which I declined because it was just for a cigarette lighter to be able to charge my phone. The guy, I believe his name was Danny told me twice that they had all the parts for my reamcalls and they will go ahead and start working on them and will call me once done. I get a phone call the next evening with a voicemail that says everything has been done and my jeep is ready to be picked up at my convenience. We went in on Saturday to get my Jeep and read over the papers on what had been performed. In writing it said, one recall was not performed because they put my parts on another vehicle! After they just told me everything was done and ready to be picked up they left a recall in fixed. No one at the shop was able to explain to me why or look up up any communication notes. They were very unprofessional and did not care about customer satisfaction.

Less than a year after purchasing a vehicle from AutoNation Chrysler Jeep West, my Jeep has needed service numerous times. Most recently, during our cold winter, the heat stopped working in the Jeep. After a few days of driving a rental car, I called the shop to find that my service manager was not at work. I spoke with someone else in the department and was quoted a repair cost of $3600. I wrote to the manager to see what sort of assistance he could provide for the repair and never heard back from the manager. I called around and found a shop that will repair the blend door for half the cost I was quoted at the dealership that sold me this piece of crap. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE HERE AGAIN. NEITHER SHOULD YOU.

I am a 1st time buyer, so the buying process was a bit stressful for me. I feel when you take a test drive you should take more then just the highway, there is not enough turns and bumps to go over to make sure things are good with the vehicle and nothing is wrong with it. I found out after I bought it the sway bars needed replaced, but I took it back to the dealer and they replaced them and gave me a rental car until I got my vehicle back. I also enjoy the 3 yr warranty I have, with the road side assistance, car rental until they fix my car, they also will change my oil, rotate my tires, and change my filters under this warranty. It is nice and will help me save money in the long run.

Only having a Jeep Compass trail hawk for couple months, I?m very happy with the car, but in the 2 times I?ve hade to take it in, my car always comes back with marks on the dash, steering wheel and door covers. It took 3 hours to install 4 pieces of plastic (window deflectors) another 3 hours to fix a rattle on the interior pillar on the drivers side.

The sales person was very nice, and very convincing, I'll give them that. I received a a copy of their 125 point inspection. They agreed to fix a small oil leak while I waited. The tires were marginal so they gave me an extra $500 on my trade in. All that was fine. However, 2 days after bringing the car home a faint odor of cigars had grown to a nauseating stench. I finally pulled out the cabin filter myself-one of those "inspected" items on the list. It was filthy and stunk. Clearly it had not been inspected, as no one would look at that and put it back in. I replaced it and the smell began to dissipate. I wondered what else had been overlooked, so I took it to my local and trusted mechanic. Several fluids were noted as low, including the engine oil, which was also noted as dirty. This surprised me, as there was a sticker on the inside of the windshield from the dealership indicating the oil had just been changed. Sure enough, a few days later the oil light came on. I took it to an oil change garage, where they said it was about 2.5 quarts low and "very sludgy." Also in my mechanics inspection, the battery was marginal and I had to replace it. So what else did this dealership miss on their "inspection?" Or perhaps their "Meets Standard" check off means their standards are pretty low. I now have a car I'm not entirely confident in. I will not ever shop at any AutoNation dealership again.

I would love to share a few sentences about my experience. Customer 6040116 Fool me once shame on you... I was ripped off, and lied to, and Autonation Chrysler Jeep West will never see another penny of mine. I was charged almost 1400.00 for a fuel pump replacement and the fuel pump whines like a stuck pig. Mike Doht was the worst. When I would ask a simple question, he had absolutely no time for me and the conversation would escalate to near argument levels. And he replied why does it always come down to this?!? This man obviously hates his customers and probably his job. Heaven forbid a stupid customer might have intimate knowledge about a vehicle I have been driving for 9 years. I was told the noise was the fuel filter that I had just replaced myself that day. So they replaced it and the noise was still there. Then I was told a Jeep representative was there and he said that's just the way those fuel pumps are... I wonder what a Bosch representative might say about that. I wish I could attach an audio recording of the noise, so everyone could hear it. You see, I know this noise. This pump makes the same noise the old one did 2 years ago just before it died. I replaced it myself for about 300.00 back then. The one I put in didn't make this noise. The one thing you could do to improve is to get it right and not lie to your customers. It's really interesting when I go through a drive up window and the person at the window notices the noise and tells me about it. I just say, ya, that's my new fuel pump I got at AutoNation Chrysler Jeep West down the road on west Colfax, and it only cost 1400.00... Never again.

After three bad experiences at another local dealer, I gave AutoNation an opportunity and I am glad that I did. AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Golden has fixed another dealer’s mistake, performed my 50,000 mile service, provided a new set of tires (I am very particular), and addressed an engine warning light issue for me in the last few months – and I am completely satisfied. Buying process was ok, the car seemed ok when I test rode it. When I came back to Golden to pick up the car I loaded it on a trailer to take back to Grand Junction. The next morning I went to unload the car and it would not start. At first I thought I may have left something on, but was not the case. When I open the battery compartment and the positive terminal was all corroded. I had to take it off and do some extensive cleaning before I could put it back on. The car finally started. A couple of days later I went to drive it down to Lakewood for military duty and noticed that the steering wheel was crooked, I called the dealership and talked to service department about having it looked at. They made the recommendation to take it to Auto Nation Ford, don't know why but I did. When I got to Auto Nation Ford they called Auto Nation Jeep West and they stated they would not take care of the alignment which is all the car needed, so I paid for it myself. I also showed a picture of the corroded battery terminal to Tim at Auto Nation Ford, he was like Wow. My sales person at Auto Nation Jeep West said the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected, but obliviously it had not been, I also found trash in the back seat pocket which I showed to the sales guy Robbie. The service department at Auto Nation Ford talked to Adam at Auto Nation Jeep West who said no to the price of the alignment. After that situation, I was very pissed. I can tell you now, I will never recommend going to Auto Nation Jeep West. That was xxxxty customer service. I guess it was easy to sell the car to me, but taking care of the customer afterwards must be asking to much for this dealership.

Other dealer sold the car, they asked if I was interested in lower specification more expensive alternatives, funnily enough I said no. No apology, no response from dealership GM, no attempt at customer service, they get 1 star as they refunded my deposit. Avoid!

He is always cheerful and explains what services are needed, what can be deferred, and what should be expedited. Since 2002, I have bought 4 Jeeps there, had all services performed, never had any problems with warranty coverage, service always on time that is quoted. I keep my cars as long as I can, but expect when the time comes I'll buy my next one here as well. Until then, the service department will keep mine in great shape!

KC was great! really helped me understand everything i needed to know about the car I was getting. The whole experience was great untill I got to the financing guy. I dont remember his name but he ruined my first car buying experience big time. I know salesmen can be pushy but I told him no on the added warranties for 20 minutes and he just kept trying to make me feel as stupid and guilty as he possibly could for not buying the added warranty. Saying things like "Oh, so you just dont care about protecting your car?" No matter how many times i said no he just kept pushing. He gave up eventually but I was seriously close to calling the whole thing off after dealing with him.

yes/no is a tough call..in general the people do a good job. have them a 2 Star on Google Brought in my 2014 Grand Cherokee with a compression/ valve issue....which is apparently well documented on more than one Jeep owner blogs. Service advisor did a nice job of giving me options... One of which was an $8000 engine replacement. Work was done quickly and at a reasonable price.. Having said that it would have been nice to be presented with a washed and vacuumed vehicle after signing for a $4956.68 job.... Mind you I already have had a $6000 insurance job at this dealership....just saying.

Jeb and Rachel went well beyond what we expected. I'd give them 11 stars if we could. They not only got us into a newer Jeep, but at a lower, affordable payment. Also, explained and provided the needed coverage that would enhance our experience,ue, windshield coverage, extended coverage, etc.. Do not go here - service center is a total scam! Did not honor any coupons that they had offered. $1300+ just for a check up on the vehicle. Had discounts for 15% off all services, coupons for cheaper oil change, tire rotation, etc - none of which were honored. Very disappointing but I suppose not surprised. Will just be sure to use other service centers moving forward.

My experience with AutoNation West in Golden, CO was outstanding. I worked with Xavier who did not make me feel uncomfortable and pressured like other dealerships I had visited. Xavier seemed genuinely interested in helping me find the vehicle that would make me happiest and worked with me to get my payment to where I needed it to be - they also gave me an excellent trade in value on my car. I did not plan to actually purchase a vehicle that day, but I genuinely did not think I'd find a better deal elsewhere and he was so pleasant to work with, that I decided to pull the trigger. I am so thrilled with how everything went - as a woman shopping for a car on my own, it can feel overwhelming and intimidating and I was very comfortable throughout the entire process. I will absolutely be using this dealership again in the future!

Run do not use. Daughter used this place when her old Liberty have an ignition problem. They charged $800 after saying bill was $1200 for a usual cost of less that $200. It appears they charged $ 475 to diagnose when the wrecker driver said what it was to start.

First time writing a "not so great" review. Normally my service is quick and my experience is always wonderful. My service was done on time. They called me after I had already left to tell me my free oil changes expired and I had to pay. I was at work so I couldn't really argue that one. Picked up my vehicle, tire pressure was low and my tires were not balanced so it was a rough ride until my boyfriend took my vehicle to discount to balance them which I shouldn't have had to do. If you could call me to tell me my free oil changes were expired and then call again to tell me you changed my filter, you could have at least balanced and aired up my tires since you did rotate them..

I went into the dealership, researched EVERYTHING. When it came to leaving the dealership did not bother to fill up the gas tank, take the dealer protection off the car, etc. I even had to find my car. I was shoved out the door and not walked out to the car. I then emailed the GM to express my frustration with the sale. There were things that were promised in the sale that I have heard nothing since that email. Also, the AutoNation website is horrible at finding dealership information besides the address.

My wife and I dropped in just to look around while we waited for an insurance claim check. Roberto saw us and asked if he could help. Well, I told hime what model and options I was interested in and he checked the inventory and found a perfect match. A test drive (Roberto - I will not disclose the secret route) followed and soon I was driving home with the vehicle I really wanted. Renegade Trailhawk! Had a 10AM appointment for an oil change and recall. From start to finish it took about 2 hours and not once did a serviceman ever come out to give me an update on how much longer it would take. I understand it might take a while, but provide feedback to your customer. Finally after 2 hours I went up to the counter to ask how much longer and they said we called your name out a while ago. The employee that calls out the name only does it once and the employee voice does not project. With restaurants able to text you when your table is ready AutoNation should have a system to text their customers when the vehicle is done. This is my 2nd time using them for an oil change and I do not to me they do a great job selling you a car, but once done you're just a # to them.
